7 Useful tips to overcome your fear of failure
Failure is something that everyone goes through everyday in the form of failure in exams, sports, jobs, marital affairs and sometimes even life. However it is important to be able to handle this fear, which not everyone can do. In fact, there are many people who have a fear of failure, and so here are some tips to overcome this fear and head on with life.
1. The first thing you have to do is to recognize what you fear. To do this, you have to look back at when you had first experiencing this fear. It could be a project, an exam, a deadline or some game.
2. Once this is done, you have to start boosting your self esteem by realizing that obstacles are a way of life and failure leads to success. It is by overcoming these obstacles and failures that you will slowly bring success to your endeavors.

Sometimes this negative criticism will be productive to you. Start seeing the positives in your life and not relying too much on the criticism of others and learn to trust yourself. Like sometimes you may start with too much zeal on something, only to find out later on that it isn’t worth pursuing. You don’t have to do much to reinforce your zeal in your work; perhaps a short walk or taking a day off or two so that you can re-start the project with a refreshed mind and a positive attitude.
7. And last, but not least; covering small steps at a time after your break, instead of tackling a project at a go. On reaching a small step, you find your confidence increased, and have an increased motivation to go on to the next step.
